Funstitute was established in August, 2014. 

Funstitute’s main agenda is to foster engagement initiatives among the employees which are initiated by the employees itself; without direct involvement of the HR.  Funstitute  has been created as an outcome of the “Great Place to Work” survey along with  inputs gathered from employees across locations and levels. Every location has its own Funstitute team which is responsible for designing  and rolling  out various activities under Funstitute. 

To nurture better relations and esprit de corps among the employees, Funstitute organizes a wide range of activities for the staff at these locations. These activities include sports & games, initiatives to cultivate a healthy lifestyle, events  promoting art and culture and family-oriented activities to create cohesion amongst employees.

Funstitute is active across fifteen locations in India and has covered over five hundred employees till date.
