Mr. Darius Pandole has approx. 30 years of experience in private equity. He was the Managing Director & CEO of the private equity fund management business of JM Financial Limited. Prior to this role, he was a partner at New Silk Route Advisors, a private equity advisory firm primarily focused on India. He was also an Executive Director with IDFC Asset Management Company Limited, which managed the India Development Fund, an infrastructure focused private equity fund. Prior to this he was also involved inthe management and sale of his family-owned soft drinks company, Dukes Ltd., to PepsiCo.

Mr. Pandole holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University and a master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Chicago.
