He has deep expertise in people strategy, process and governance with an emphasis on creating effective and efficient ecosystems. He is a keen people champion with strong technical capabilities in Organization Effectiveness, Rewards, Talent Management, People Strategy and HR Operating Models. He has worked across diverse industries such as ITeS, manufacturing, consulting, financial services and pharma and has held several leadership positions with companies such as Mahindra Group, Lupin Ltd, John Deere, AON, and GE Capital. Sanjay joined Mahindra Logistics in October 2024.
