Sandeep has 22 years of rich and diverse leadership experience across retail, e-commerce, express logistics, and supply chain management. His journey has been marked by successful ventures ranging from scaling startups to streamlining large-scale operations.

Before joining us, Sandeep served as the COO at Allcargo Logistics. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles such as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Tata CLIQ, Business Head for the B2B grocery business at Jio Mart, and various leadership positions at Amazon across last mile, first mile, marketplace and grocery divisions.

Sandeep started his career with 10 years of service in the Indian Navy (Submarine Arm), followed by a stint at L&T Infotech. He holds a BE degree from Mumbai University and MBA from Nanyang Business School, Singapore.
