Ashay has been a part of the Mahindra Group for over five years. Prior to joining Mahindra Logistics, he worked across the Group Strategy, Group FP&A, and the Chairman’s Office.

He has been involved in projects spanning strategy, digital marketing, and financial analysis across M&M group companies.

He is a gold medallist from IIM Ahmedabad, and a graduate of IIT Bombay. Before joining Mahindra, he worked at Bain and Company as a management consultant. In his spare time, he can be found tinkering with 3D printing and open-source home automation systems.
