Launching Emission Analytics Platform – Carbon Emissions calculator for our clients
In celebration of India’s 78th Independence Day, We proudly launched the ‘Emission Analytics Report’, a cutting-edge digital platform that offers real-time visualization of carbon emissions. This platform empowers customers to decarbonize their supply chains, with a specific focus on transportation. Through a user-friendly interface, the Emission Analytics Report provides valuable insights into Scope 3 carbon emissions, including data on emissions intensity, tonne-kilometres, fuel usage, emissions by mode of transport, and more.
This initiative is a key part of Mahindra Logistics' green logistics ecosystem, originally developed with the EDeL green last-mile cargo delivery service. Today, EDeL has evolved into a holistic suite of sustainable solutions, including carbon-neutral warehousing, electric vehicles (2W, 3W, 4W) for last-mile delivery, and now, the Emission Analytics Report. The platform is fully automated, powered by SaaS technology, and accredited by both the Global Logistics Emission Council (GLEC) and ISO 14083, making it accessible via web and mobile.
Designed for businesses striving to meet BRSR and environmental regulations, the Emission Analytics Report facilitates a smooth transition to green logistics, providing comprehensive data for industries such as auto, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, FMCG, mobility, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and more. With our shipment-level Emission Analytics Report, powered by climate-focused AI, our clients can track real-time carbon emissions, access emissions savings analytics, and make informed low-carbon decisions. As an integrated logistics player, we are committed to partnering with our clients on their journey to net-zero.

Addressing the growing urgency to operate in a carbon neutral way, Edel – our portfolio of green logistics solutions assists our customers from understanding their carbon emissions to reducing them through a range of green logistics strategies.
Our green logistics solutions are centred around our core sustainability pillars: decarbonising supply chains, green infrastructure, and operational circularity. Going the extra mile to deliver exceptional medical relief in Ukraine
Our freight forwarding business segment has created a unique service offering, mitigating challenges thrown up by the Ukrainian conflict. During a period of intense political conflict, We were tasked with delivering critical medicines and life-saving drugs to Ukraine. This mission required meticulous planning and execution, as the situation on the ground was highly volatile. The chosen mode of transport was ocean reefer containers, ensuring the cargo remained at a controlled temperature throughout the journey.
During the operation, a strike by Polish farmers led to the closure of Polish borders, halting all transport through Poland. This unforeseen event posed a significant risk to the timely delivery of the essential medicines. Quick decision-making to reroute shipments via alternate port and constant monitoring & execution ensured seamless movement of the shipment. Riding on this experience, Lords has been able to provide a reliable service solution for pharmaceuticals shipments to land-locked locations in East Europe / CIS locations. This demonstrates our team’s commitment to rise upto customer expectations, every time.
