Growing up on the outskirts of Pune, Dhanshree Pagare was always a bright and curious student—one of the toppers in her school. To support her family and fund her higher education, she took up a job as a security guard and receptionist at Mahindra Logistics’ Chakan warehouse.

Even in this role, she stood out—not just for her confidence and communication but for her curiosity. She would often engage with warehouse employees, asking questions and observing operations closely.

One day, Nimba Bhamare (GM, MLL) noticed her drive and gave her a piece of advice that stayed with her:
“Time is money—learn as much as you can today for the future you want tomorrow.”

That moment became a turning point. With his guidance and mentorship, Dhanshree started learning warehouse operations, Excel, and SAP—not in a classroom, but during her free time and rounds at the warehouse.

Her dedication didn’t go unnoticed. Ravindra Gawari (her manager) and Nimba Bhamare recognized her potential and offered her a full-time role in the warehouse.

Today, she is an Operations Executive, leading a team of 10, managing ₹600+ crore in inventory, and maintaining zero variance in inventory audits for two years.
