Born and raised on the outskirts of Kolkata, Dibya is a Kendriya Vidyalaya alumna and was a leader from school, leading the famous Shivaji House and was also the school’s Vice-Captain.

She was always keen on studying operations and went on to study at the Central government’s Gati Shakti Vishwa Vidyalaya. During her undergrad, she worked as a Research Intern with Indian Railways, focusing on automation and transportation technology. She also gained experience with Delhi Metro, working on last-mile connectivity and route optimization.

After building this strong foundation she joined Mahindra Logistics through campus placements and has been with us ever since and contributed in our Ecom and LMD division in the Kolkata region. Dibya has always gone the extra mile – whether it was leading in school, taking up additional projects during her time with Delhi Metro, or
more recently, winning the DISHA Project under MLL’s CSR initiative.

Outside work, Dibya finds her rhythm in music, dance and her guitar to unwind after a long day at work. For her creativity and leadership go hand in hand.
