Since 2019, we have been managing the customer’s PAN-India Part-Truck Load (PTL) transportation operations through our B2B express services, handling average monthly volumes of 550 MT to support distributed demand and small-lot dispatches across markets.

A hub-and-spoke PTL model was introduced to enable efficient movement of small consignments across India. Just-in-time (JIT) delivery was strengthened through multi-modal transportation planning, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness across routes. Dedicated Key Account Management (KAM) support and structured daily MIS reporting improved transparency, planning accuracy and operational control. Sustainability was embedded into transportation planning through the deployment of electric and CNG vehicles on select routes.
