Our customer is one of the largest players in India’s FMCG sector, offering a diverse range of products including food, beverages, cleaning agents, personal care items, water purifiers, and various other fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs). With a robust portfolio comprising over 50 brands across 16 FMCG categories, their products have become an integral part of daily life for millions of consumers throughout India.
Transforming FMCG Logistics with Our Integrated Warehousing and Distribution Solutions
Serving 200 distributors across the West and Madhya Pradesh region through an omnichannel setup, we manage a throughput volume of 15,000 tonnes per month. This entails handling 12,000 pallet positions utilising hybrid storage, including G+6 racking and ground storage, and deploying 50 trucks per day.
Storage Optimisation: Through the implementation of a hybrid storage system, we have significantly enhanced operational efficiency. This approach allows for effective space utilization, combining both G+6 racking and ground storage solutions. By optimizing storage options, we ensure streamlined operations and maximize the utilization of available space.
Secondary Transportation: We managed the entire secondary transportation process, from route planning to real-time tracking, delivering efficiency and transparency throughout the process.
Automation Initiatives: With Reach Trucks (RT) enabling us to efficiently access and handle goods stored in high racks, and Battery Operated Pallet Trucks (BOPT) facilitating seamless movement of heavy loads across the facility, we have streamlined and optimized operations for maximum throughput. This strategic implementation of automation not only improves our operational capabilities but also ensures safety, precision, and reliability in our day-to-day activities.
