Jignesh has experience around 17 years in large cap diversified listed company. He has been associated with the Mahindra Group since June 2015. He holds a Bachelor’s in Law and is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has collaborated on various mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and several joint venture projects of the Mahindra Group and handled the Secretarial function of the M&M Group’s Auto and the Susten sectors. In his earlier stint, Jignesh was associated with Crompton Greaves Limited where he was overseeing Board processes and statutory compliances.
