At our Bhiwandi multi-client warehouse, specific opportunities were identified to further enhance operational efficiency and service levels. These included optimising space utilisations, improving put-away turnaround times, strengthening the order fill rate to reduce sales impact, and scaling shipment dispatch capabilities. As part of our contract logistics services, our customised warehousing and transportation solutions have driven operational efficiency and reliability for the customer. We manage over 2,000 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), handling a monthly throughput of 2.25 lakh boxes and processing around 1,000 returns daily. In local transportation, we manage the movement of over 2,000 boxes each month, ensuring timely and efficient distribution aligned with the customer’s dynamic supply chain needs.
