As a single point of contact for in-plant logistics and warehousing solutions across product lines, we transformed their operations with our tailor-made solutions:

Warehouse Consolidation and VAS: We consolidated three warehouses to streamline warehousing operations for improved efficiency. The installation of a new racking system facilitated effective space utilization and optimized storage capacity. Additionally, we integrated kitting services into the process and implemented custom-designed trolleys in the warehouse.

Visibility: The implementation of RFID-tagged pallets helped to track and monitor the movement of items within the warehouse. This technology assists in efficiently managing inventory, optimising warehouse operations, and reducing picking time by quickly identifying and locating specific items during order fulfilment.

Process Optimisation: The implementation of a comprehensive system checking process at dispatch ensures each and every component is examined thoroughly before they are shipped. Additionally, we optimized the standard drop zone to enhance efficiency in the allocation and management of resources. Furthermore, we implemented a layered audit system to ensure stringent quality control measures are in place throughout the dispatch process.

Automation: We have installed a Follow me BOT in the warehouse to streamline material movement and enhance operational efficiency as part of our automation initiatives. Skill Development: Our dedicated Dexterity centre provides comprehensive training and upskilling programs tailored to enhance the day-to-day operations and product handling skills of our employees. Through hands-on training sessions, simulation exercises, and practical workshops, our team members receive specialised instruction on optimising workflows, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring product safety and integrity.
