FLEx
We believe in nurturing leadership from within. FLEx (Future Leadership Excellence) is our flagship leadership development program, meticulously designed to prepare new and aspiring ADMs for their roles as site leads. With a balanced focus on functional expertise and leadership capabilities, FLEx empowers participants to take on greater responsibilities with confidence and clarity. The program equips them with the skills to lead teams effectively, drive operational excellence, and embrace people centric leadership values. By fostering continuous growth, knowledge sharing, and capability building, we are strengthening our leadership pipeline and preparing our talent for the challenges of tomorrow.

Unnati
Unnati is our flagship capability building initiative designed to transform the way managers engage in performance conversations. Focused on enabling people managers to provide balanced, actionable feedback, recognize unconscious biases, and navigate difficult dialogues, the program drives a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. Through structured workshops led by expert facilitators, Unnati empowers leaders to normalize feedback and build trust. The program continues to play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of performance evaluations and instilling greater confidence in the PMS process.

ACE
The Achieving Excellence (ACE) programme trains employees on topics such as operations management, value stream mapping, financial management and people management. After the training, the employees are given transformation projects to implement their learnings and create business impact.

Prapantaran
Prapantaran, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification program was launched for 15 leaders to enhance their problem-solving capability. These leaders identified projects related to optimisation, cost reduction, productivity enhancement and other areas specific to their roles in the organisation. The program incorporates advanced problem-solving approaches and statistical tools to enable participants to tackle complex business challenges and achieve significant business impact. The program is designed to help participants identify opportunities, involve key stakeholders, improve their problem-solving competence and implement projects to achieve measurable business results

Sanjeevani
The Sanjeevani platform focuses on inclusive participation, capability building, and communication and welfare among employees, especially among fixed-term and third-party contractual employees. The initiatives are planned meticulously across locations. We rolled out the purpose of dissemination to third-party contractual employees and launched an e-learning programme for fixed-term contractual employees to enhance their knowledge.

MAHINDRA CARES (MCARES)
MCARES is our engagement survey for on-roll employees. It focuses on capability building, hygiene action planning, communication, Organisation Development (OD) projects for functions or business units with low scores, leadership development and talent management. We also launched a separate survey for our contractual employees.
